The Founder's Story
Vivek founded Califitoga to bring together the disciplines he has spent years mastering. A specialist in back pain management, posture correction, and functional movement, he has coached hundreds of individuals through group sessions, one-on-one programmes, online training, and corporate wellness initiatives.
His approach starts with an honest assessment, not a generic plan. Before any programme begins, Vivek looks at how a person actually moves day to day — how they sit, how they walk, where they carry tension — and builds training around correcting the root cause, not just masking the symptom. Members who work with him often say the biggest shift isn't in the mirror, but in how their body feels getting through an ordinary Tuesday.
