Dr. Shweta Pandey is the founder of Ranchi Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation Centre, with branches across Harmu and Bariatu. She holds a Master of Physiotherapy in Cardiopulmonary from Integral University, Lucknow, in addition to her Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Magadh University, Bodh Gaya. She has also trained in PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) in Patna and NDT (Neuro-Developmental Treatment) at AIIMS, New Delhi.
Her clinical foundation includes 1,050 hours of supervised hospital internship at Shri Mahant Indiresh Hospital, Dehradun, spanning orthopaedics, neurology, cardio-respiratory care, critical care (ICU), and general and plastic surgery. This breadth underpins her current focus on complex rehabilitation cases, from stroke and paralysis recovery to sports injuries and post-surgical rehab. She currently serves as state head of IAPWC (Indian Association of Physiotherapists — Women's Cell).
