Welcome to Califitoga. By enquiring about, registering for, or participating in any Califitoga programme, session, or retreat, you agree to the following terms.
1. Our Services
Califitoga offers hybrid online and offline fitness coaching across calisthenics, yoga, strength training, mobility, corporate wellness, and trekking retreats. All programmes, including the Trial Week, are enquiry-based; there is no self-service checkout. Details of each programme, including scheduling and enrolment, are confirmed directly with our team.
2. Enquiries and Enrolment
Submitting an enquiry through our website does not guarantee a place in a programme or session. Enrolment is confirmed only once our team has been in touch to discuss your goals, assess suitability, and agree on scheduling and payment.
3. The Trial Week
The Trial Week is a paid introductory programme designed to give new members an experience of our coaching approach before committing to a longer-term programme. It is not offered free of charge. Details of the Trial Week, including cost and format, are shared directly with you during the enquiry process.
4. Payments
- Payment terms and amounts are communicated directly to you and are not published on our website.
- Payments must be made through the methods we specify at the time of enrolment.
- Prices and programme structures may be updated from time to time and will be confirmed with you before you commit to a programme.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Individual session cancellations should be communicated to your coach or our team as early as possible, ideally at least [24/48] hours in advance.
- Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect your ability to reschedule sessions within the same billing period.
- For group sessions, rescheduling is subject to availability in other batches.
6. Refund Policy
- The Trial Week is non-refundable once the first session has taken place, given the personalised assessment and coaching time involved.
- If you wish to cancel before your first Trial Week session, please contact us as soon as possible; refunds in these circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Refunds for longer-term programmes, if applicable, will be assessed based on how much of the programme has been delivered and any coaching resources already committed.
- Refunds, where approved, will be processed within [7] working days to the original payment method.
- We do not offer refunds for missed sessions due to personal unavailability, though we will try to help you reschedule where possible.
7. Health and Safety
- You confirm that you are physically able to participate in fitness activities and will inform your coach of any injuries, medical conditions, or limitations before starting a programme.
- Califitoga coaches provide guidance and correction to reduce risk, but participation in physical training carries inherent risk, and you take part at your own discretion.
- If you have any underlying health condition, we recommend consulting a doctor before beginning a new fitness programme.
8. Trekking Retreats
- Trekking retreats involve outdoor physical activity and may be subject to weather, terrain, and logistical conditions beyond our control.
- Specific terms, inclusions, and cancellation conditions for retreats will be shared separately at the time of booking.
9. Conduct
We ask all members to treat coaches and fellow members with respect. Califitoga reserves the right to decline or discontinue services to anyone whose conduct is disruptive or unsafe to others.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, videos, and programme materials, is the property of Califitoga and may not be reproduced without permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
Califitoga and its coaches are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in our programmes, except where caused by our negligence, to the extent permitted by law.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
